Kelly is the daughter of Lisa Mapps-Weldon and Charles Weldon, Jr., Granddaughter of Charles Weldon, Sr., G/Granddaughter of Beatrice Weldon, G/G/Granddaughter of Effie Jennings and G/G/G/Granddaughter of Matthew Solomon Alford.
